The registration fees for 2021 VATFACS institute are as follows:

*Please register separately for FCCLA Boot Camp using the button  to the right.  Payment for this session can be sent directly to VA FCCLA by check.  

Fees

The institute registration fee includes admission to institute sessions and breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday. Credentialing sessions and post institute sessions require an additional fee. The Teacher Cadet Curriculum training requires pre-registration and an additional fee.

Note:  Fees paid online by credit card are subject to a service fee.  Please see online registration to view per item service fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note that once we receive your registration, we cannot issue a refund of your fee. If you find you are unable to attend, we invite you to transfer your in-person registration to a colleague or change to a virtual attendee.

 

The registration rates for both in-person and virtual attendees are the same. The virtual registration fee is tied to the technology needed to host a hybrid meeting and maintain an effective virtual platform. The virtual conference expenses and in-person conference expenses are similar.
