Registration Fees
The registration fees for the 2023 VATFACS Professional Development Institute are as follows:
Fees
The institute registration fee includes admission to institute sessions, the Sweet and Salty opening session on Sunday evening and breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesday. A conference shirt is included with registration.
Credentialing sessions, post institute sessions, and educational excursions require preregistration and an additional fee.

Please make lodging arrangements directly with the
Hotel Madison and Shenandoah Valley Conference Center, 710 S. Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22801, (540) 564-0200, https://www.hotelmadison.com/.
Room rates are $98.00 per night plus 12.3% room tax. Self-park parking is available for $5 per day for day-only and overnight guests. Please use code "VATFACS23" when making room reservations.
Lodging Registration is due by 5 p.m. on
June 25, 2023.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note that once we receive your registration, we cannot issue a refund of your fee. If you find you are unable to attend, we invite you to transfer your registration to a colleague.
If you are a person with a disability and require any auxiliary aids, services, or other accommodations (including dietary needs not included on the registration form) for this program, please discuss your accommodation needs with Diane Breinig and Emily O'Connor at least two weeks prior to the conference by e-mailing Dianemart.db@gmail.com and emilyjoconnor@gmail.com.
Payment and Invoicing Reminders
If you pay your conference balance with a credit card, you will receive an automatically-generated itemized invoice from WiX.
If you pay your conference balance with a purchase order or check and have an outstanding balance, you will receive a blank automatically-generated invoice from WiX. Please do not panic.
The convenience of paying by check or purchase order requires us to create individual invoices by hand. VATFACS will follow-up with an itemized invoice and W-9 form so that payment can be issued by you or your school division.
